The vendor receives your order instantly, confirms it, and begins preparing. You'll see the status move from Confirmed to Preparing to Ready.

A rider picks it up
A nearby rider is auto-assigned. Watch their live location on the map as they collect your order from the vendor.

Track to your door
Follow delivery in real time. On arrival, give your 4-digit handoff code to confirm receipt. Rate your meal and earn loyalty points.
